Equipment Overview:

The two-dimensional mixer mainly consists of three parts: a rotary drum, a swinging frame, and a frame. The rotary drum is installed on the swing frame, supported by four rollers and positioned by two gear wheels. Among the four supporting rollers, two transmission wheels are dragged by the rotational power system to rotate the rotary drum. The swing frame is driven by a set of crank rod mechanisms, which are installed on the frame. The swing frame is supported by bearing components on the frame.


Product features:

1. Adopting a U-shaped barrel structure, it operates smoothly, mixes evenly, has no dead corners, and discharges cleanly, with a wide range of applications.
2. Adopting a double layered spiral belt with alternating back and forth stirring, the mixing speed is fast and the uniformity is high
3. The bearings are located at both ends of the mixer, making it difficult for materials to enter and resulting in low maintenance rates.
4. The screw conveyor is convenient for feeding, with the feeding port flush with the ground, making feeding effortless and convenient.

Equipment installation:

1. This machine undergoes no-load, loading, and testing before leaving the factory. Normal operation is required before leaving the factory to ensure safe use by users;
2. Transportation method: 600 liters (including 600 models) are shipped as a complete machine without the need for foundation or bolts; For transportation above 600 liters, split type transportation is adopted, with foundation and bolts prepared.


Equipment operation:

1. This machine adopts electromagnetic speed regulation (or frequency converter speed regulation). Before starting up, connect the main power supply, the power indicator light is on, then start the motor button, and then start the on/off switch on the speed control panel (the frequency converter can press the touch button), the indicator light is on, and then slowly rotate to reach the normal mixed speed;
2. If the user needs a temple mixing time, this should be specified in the contract. Our factory may install a time relay to allow the user to specify the mixing time according to the material mixing requirements;
3. After the mixing is completed, turn off the machine in reverse order. If you find that the cutting is not ideal, you can click the button to meet the cutting requirements.


Notes:

1. The mixing of this machine is three-dimensional space mixing, with safety barriers added within the effective range of the material barrel to prevent personal safety accidents. Before starting up, do not stand in front of the cylinder to avoid accidents;
2. During loading and unloading, the electric power of the equipment must be shut down to prevent electrical failure and unnecessary accidents.
